Viking Appliance Repair Edmonds is a small independent workshop. One manufacturer, one city, and the same technicians on every call — not a dispatch board sending whoever happens to be free.

Viking professional and Tuscany ranges, built-in and column refrigeration, wall ovens and panel-ready dishwashers. Narrowing the catalogue is what lets us recognise a fault from the description instead of working through it from scratch on your kitchen floor.

Edmonds and nothing beyond it. Downtown, Westgate, Perrinville and Five Corners are fifteen minutes apart, so a returning part does not become a second call-out charge and a morning phone call can still be a same-day slot.

Measurements, not opinions
Manifold pressure, spark at the electrode, element resistance, sensor drift, cabinet temperature logged across a full cycle. Every fault we report is written down with the reading that proves it, and you keep that sheet.

What we will not do
We will not quote a repair blind over the phone, because a guess that changes on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. We will not fit a universal substitute part into a professional appliance. And we will not open anything up before you have agreed the number.
How pricing works
Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it. Parts are quoted at the model-specific component, not a substitute that fits today and fails in eight months. Everything carries ninety days on parts and labour, in writing, on the invoice. The repair itself is quoted as a range before anything is opened — the bands we work to are printed in full on each service page.
The crew is on the tools 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days. The phone itself is answered 24/7, so a fault at eleven at night gets logged that night and slotted into the next working day.
