The convection fan started howling and then quit altogether. Right diagnosis, fair price, and the noise has gone. My only grumble is the trim around the fan opening went back very slightly off square.
The undercounter unit stopped cooling entirely. Diagnosis was quick and straight — a failed fan motor — but the arrival slipped a couple of hours and nobody rang to tell me. The work itself was clean.
Custom oak front, so I was braced for damage getting the machine out of the cabinets. It came out and went back with the reveals as they were. Standing water was a failed drain check valve.
